Tiffany Haddish has alway been one to keep it real and embrace her natural self. Well keeping it real definitely has its perks. Tiffany went on Instagram Live this week to display the start to most black women’s natural hair journey, THE BIG CHOP!
“Yes, Jason Lee, I’m cutting it off,” she said addressing the editor-in-chief and CEO of Hollywood Unlocked. “People really think I just be running my mouth. When I say things, I mean things. Who want to buy a loc?”
During the live, fans had mixed responses to the hair cutting. Some even going as far as worrying for her mental health. Despite people’s reactions, Tiffany proudly took the scissors in hand and happily exclaimed, “I should’ve been did this.” She even spoke abut potentially getting finger waves as a cute relaxer-free hairstyle.
Tiffany gave fans a bonus post of her shaving her head down evenly with sheers and explaining why she did it. “Nothing is wrong with my brain, you guys. I’m not suffering from no emotional s–t, nothing. Anybody that knows me, knows me, knows that I’ve been talking about this for a long time,” the actress and comedian said.
