R&B singer, Lloyd, is back on the scene with a new album.
On August 31st, Lloyd released an 11-track album entitled Tru-LP. The album is an extended version of his True EP and includes 7 new songs.
Guest appearances include Khujo Goodie, Curren$y, Lil Wayne, Sevyn Streeter, Rick Ross, and The Spelman Woman’s Choir.
Lloyd even surprised his fans with a feature from his first-born son, River, on the track Infinity. In the song, Lloyd expresses his new-found love for his child and how it changed his perception on life.
At this moment Lloyd and his girlfriend, Dehea Abraham, are expecting their second child together any day now.
Lloyd’s current single, Caramel, is also on the album where he talks about heading home with a pretty girl and possibly making her wifey.
“Caramel drippin’ in my bed yeah, you know what’s going through my head,” sings Lloyd, “I’m thinking ‘bout leavin’ with you tonight I’m thinking ‘bout wifin’ you up for life.”
Lloyd’s Tru-LP album is now available everywhere.
