On Monday, Serena Williams announced that her jewelry line, Serena Williams Jewelry Line, will be sold at Zales. The exclusive line will be available in stores and online starting August 24th.
“I’m so excited to expand the success of Serena Williams Jewelry in collaboration with Zales,” the tennis champion said in a press release. “I’ve had a long relationship with Zales as a customer and have always admired their style and appreciated their reputation for quality and customer service. Introducing my collection to the Zales customer just makes so much sense and really is a dream come true.”
In an interview with PEOPLE, The 23-time Grand Slam winner examples the purpose behind her jewelry line.
“That’s the spirit of the collection: celebrating your achievements with confidence and beauty all while wearing bold and uplifting jewelry that makes you feel beautiful,” she tells PEOPLE. “Every day can be a sparkling reminder of your greatness.”
When asked the professional athlete couldn’t choose her favorite piece from the line because “the entire collection comes from my heart.” Williams did share the sentimental value behind the collection.
“I love that the collection is a reminder to be beautiful and be who you are,” Williams shares. “There are designs that celebrate motherhood and include hearts, stackable pieces and the modern take on classic tennis bracelets and necklaces. I love the way the collection makes you feel — empowered and amazing.”
