On December 2nd, 2021, Cardi B took to Instagram to announce her new role as the first ever Creative Director at Playboy. In additional to the new role, Cardi B is the founding member of CENTERFOLD, the new creator-led platform from Playboy.

CENTERFOLD launched their website on December 24th, 2021. The platform is designed for creatives to express creativity through artistic expression, & sex positivity. Creators have to apply on the website and get accepted. Once accepted, creative will be given a page, access to one on one success team coaching, and monetize their content.
Similar to Only Fans, the site allows creatives to interact with the fans through paying a monthly subscription. Fans are able to view premium content, watch live videos, and and message creatives directly.
