The 2019 Soul Train Awards was a success for Trevor Jackson! Winning his first Soul Train Award, ‘Soul Train Certified,’ the Superfly actor took the time to discuss with JaGurl TV about his future projects to come.
What does Jackson have in store for the world? Well, of course he’s working on new music, “I’ll have a new album coming out next year” he stated. He’s producing a few new films, getting ready to the release Season 3 of the hit show Grown-ish that will be coming out January 2020. Trevor recently dropping music videos from his last album Rough Drafts II sent to be released at the end of the year.
Since this Grown-ish actor is tapping into the film/producing world, he definitely had no problem elaborating on the rise of his production company Born Art/Trevor 360 Media, “Born Art Media is my company which basically just represents everybody being born who they’re suppose to be. We got some many people trying to be other people, but we’re all born beautiful, we’re born artistic, we’re born art and the only person you should strive to be is you; and so that’s what we represent with the company. Those are the projects that we wanna produce and make sure that the people get that message through.”
