In a time where there are so many people in need, we find many people stand up and contribute to the well being of the public. The development of technology gives us a space to get creative with the ways we help others and fundraise money. Kylie Jenner has definitely proved to us how accurate that is with her major platform and billionaire status. It has been reported that Kylie (along with other celebrities), has made efforts to help victims in Australia.

Kylie took to her Instagram story to say, “Over half a BILLION animals have been killed in Australia,” she wrote on the post, accompanied by a picture of a firefighter carrying a koala to safety. “This breaks my heart…” In the photo we see a firefighter carrying a koala out of harms way far from the destroyed forest.

Kylie has received scrutiny for her expensive lifestyle while so much is going on in the world. Even with the hate she still continues to show her be heard and give back to those who need the help. You go Kylie!

As of today the Australian bush fires have been the worst wildfires seen in decades. A total of 24 people have died nationwide, and in the state of New South Wales alone, more than 2,000 homes have been destroyed or damaged. In times like this it’s great to see people come together and show love and support.
