Alexis Branch Talks Creating “Litty Lex”, her Transition into Acting and More

Alexis Branch joined JaGurl TV for the #LetsTalk Instagram Series. Alexis Branch is a multifaceted entertainer and is stranger to the music scene and television scene.

Her entertaining roots go as far back as middle school. By the 8th grade, she started her own music group, Bliss, and continued the group for years, performing and making music around the DMV and ATL area. “I made Bliss when I was in 8th grade. I’ve been in Bliss my entire life. From middle school to high school and more, from Virginia to Atlanta.”

By 2016, she had completed her music group dreams, but had other goals in mind. She ended the group and pursued a solo music career. She was signed with Stevie J and dabbled in the reality television world being featured on Love and Hip Hop Atlanta , and casted for season 1 of Leave it To Stevie

Her work in reality sparked a love for the television world, so she started taking classes and focusing on sharpening her acting craft.  Since then, she has starred in multiple independent films and auditioning for more shows.

While joking one day on her phone with animoji’s, she casually created the character Litty Lex and went viral.  By creating songs, that promote positivity and many other causes. Litty Lex has now become a fan favorite.

She’s currently doing her part to aid in covid-19 relief by creating face masks with her mother.

Although we are in quarantine right now, it is not stopping her hustle.
