James Cameron’s “Avatar” is going to be available on Disney Plus on November 12th, 2019 the same day that the streaming service will be available in the United States, Canada, and the Netherlands. Avatar will also be available on November 19th, 2019 in New Zealand and Australia. Disney Plus will include theatrical blockbusters like Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, and Disney’s own studio, Avengers. Endgame, for instance, you will be able to watch on December 11th, 2019. Also, Disney is gearing up a list of original shows and movies similar to those brands and others.
As a whole, Disney Plus will cost $7 a month in the US or $70 if you choose to prepay for a full year. If you are with Verizon, Disney made an announcement with the phone company to give the carrier’s unlimited wireless users a free year of Disney Plus when it drops on November 12th, 2019. Disney Plus could give some tough competition with other streaming services like Netflix and Apple TV. Although, Disney Plus is everything the viewers have ever wanted, there will only be weekly episodes from the new shows Disney plans on launching with the streaming services.
