Black Panther, the first all African American cast we’ve seen on Marvel is getting ready to be available to all subscribers of Netflix on September 4th. Thats right, Black Panther is heading over to Netflix! It’s safe to say that we were all overwhelmed with the excitement for this movie. The film that had us screaming “Wakanda Forever” has now reached over $700 million dollars in the U.S. box office. Black Panther also grossed over $1 billion dollars worldwide.
The movie starred an iconic cast consisting of Chadwick Boseman, Angela Bassett, Lupita Nyongo, and heart-throb Michael B. Jordan. Black Panther brought us so much melanin magic from the beauty of Wakanda, all the way down to the costumes it was a beautiful experience to witness. Netflix is definitely making another major move for the culture, we will be counting down the day until September.
