Cardi B is the only female rap artist nominated this year with 5 nominations including “Best Rap Performance”, “Best Rap Artist”, “Record of the Year”, “Album of the Year”, “Best Rap Album”. Tide with Cardi B is Lady Gaga also with 5 Grammy Nominations this year.

Leading the award show nominations is Kendrick Lamar with 8 nominations, while Drake is right behind him with 7 nominations.
