The dating scene is already challenging as it is, how about dating in the city of Atlanta? The city that was rated number 5 for the most infidelity! Well, a prominent figure in the radio industry might have just had the solution to our dating problems.
Jazzy Mcbee of Streetz 94.5 aka ‘Miss10to2’ has used her non profit organization ‘The Fab 5 foundation’ Inc which gives deserving high school seniors an opportunity at scholarship money for college, as a platform to help some Atlanta singles out, and all proceeds will go to The FAB 5 Foundation, Inc. that will be awarded to five young women.
This star studded event gave the singles of Atlanta a chance to take the dating scene through a different route!
Jazzy Mcbee’s ‘Singles Mingle Mixer’ took place at Monticello ATL where food, drinks and hookah were provided for all guests. Now, the panel featured some of the most eligible, successful and beautiful influencers such as B. Camille and Dretta Starr, Kameelah Williams of R&B group 702, Grammy-nominated artist Sy Ari Da Kid, 2x Super Bowl Champion Dr. Anthony Smith, “Black Lightning” actor Kelvin Hair, and more. There was also a special guest performer!
The entrance of the event featured red carpet interviews and a 360 Photo booth for guests upon arrival!
In the next portion of the event, each individual steps on stage and is auctioned off into the crowd and essentially someone will make a bid which then will lead into the two sharing a table with complimentary food an getting to know one another! After the auctioning portion is over, this led room for the crowd to do their own mingling over food and drinks.
Later on in the evening ‘P Valley’ and Tyler Perry’s “The Haves and the Have Nots” very own Tyler Lepley also made a special guest appearance as he took on to the stage to perform a few of his singles.
All in all the event turned out to be a complete success, and the goal was definitely met for the scholarship program! Now as for the singles, we’ll have to check back in with those love connections! According to Jazzy Mcbee herself, we can possibly be expecting another Mixer although there has not yet been a release date.
