Love is in the air. Jeannie Mai and Jeezy are becoming ‘relationship goals’ as they show the world that no matter what your love life was in the past, there is always room and hope to have real love.
The couple met back in 2018 on the set of The Real Talk Show and began secretly dating. Fast forward 2 years later and you can hear the wedding bells ringing. Jeezy proposed to Jeannie while being quarantine at home on March 27th. The two are now in wedding planning mode.
In an exclusive interview with Hollywood Life TV Talk, Jeannie opened up about her recent engagement to Atlanta rapper Jeezy, and she even gave an insight on the wedding plans. “I’m thrilled to have good news during this time. It’s really been hard to make sure to look for the positive everyday because everything is so unknown.”
Being quarantined has its ups and downs, but there are ways to make it memorable. “For him to do the biggest thing that could take place between us, to bound our love during quarantine that was incredible. It was very symbolic to who he was going to be for the rest of my life.”
Mai made it very clear that through all the planning, its one thing that she must have happen at her wedding, a song from her mom, Olivia TuTram Mai. “Mama Mai is going to perform. She is absolutely going to sing!” Mai expressed with excitement.
There is no set wedding date announced as of yet, but we know one thing is for sure, it will be a sight to see!
