Kanye West went on Twitter and released some cryptic tweets about launching a Derrick Rose line of Yeezy sneakers.
West tweeted a photo with the caption “YZY D Rose coming soon,” which seems to symbolize the prototype for an upcoming sneaker design.
Both West and Rose are both tied to the Adidas brand through past collaborations and campaigns. Through these business and personal relationships, Kanye has routinely shown love for Rose.
Fans eagerly wait to see what the final product will look like as this is West’s second go around making a basketball shoe.
As Rose makes his comeback to the NBA after career threatening injuries, this is perfect timing to pay homage to Rose and Chicago (which both legends are originally from).
