CBS announces Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will sit down with Oprah Winfrey for a “wide-ranging” interview.

In the CBS primetime interview, Winfrey will speak with the Duchess of Sussex about royal life, motherhood, marriage, and her philanthropic work. Later in the show, Prince Harry will join them to discuss their move to the United States. As well as to give some insight into the couple’s future plans.

The news follows shortly after the couple’s announcement that they are expecting their second child.

On Valentine’s day, the couple announced that they are expecting. This touching tribute comes 37 years after Dianna announced she was pregnant with Prince Harry.

In the image taken by the couple’s long time friend, Misan Harriman, the couple cuddles up together while enjoying a blissful moment in nature. Harry’s smile lights up the image while Meghan lays her head on his lap, cradling her growing baby bump.

Harriman shared a loving tribute to the expecting couple on Instagram.

“Meg, I was there at your wedding to witness this love story begin, and my friend, I am honuored to capture it grow,” Harriman writes. “Congratulations to The Duke and Duchess of Sussex on this joyous news!”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their first child, Archie Harrison, in May 2019. Late last year, Markle revealed in an op-ed for New York Times that she had suffered a miscarriage earlier that year.

“Losing a child means carrying an almost unbearable grief, experienced by many but talked about by few,” she wrote in New York Times essay.

Since denouncing their titles in March 2020, Prince Harry and Markle have relocated to Los Angeles. The couple reached a multi-year deal with Netflix last September. The deal allows them to create documentaries, films, television shows, and children series. Recently, the couple started their own podcast which is produced under their production company, Archwell Audio Production.

“Oprah With Meghan and Harry: A CBA Primetime Special” will air March 7th, at 8 p.m.
