Vena Excell, better known as Pretty Vee, celebrated being on the cover of Hype Hair this month with a private event last night in Atlanta, Georgia at the Culture Experience. The event was put together by Hype Hair, Dine&Design, Culture Experience, and The B Firm PR. The event was sponsored by Belaire Luxe Rosé.
Hype Hair is a hair and beauty publication with daily news focused on black hair, style, and beauty.
The event was filled with love and support from friends and family of Pretty Vee who held a toast to celebrate her June 2020 cover. Pretty Vee wasted no time showing her gratitude to her team and her family.
“And everybody in this room you got an invite for a reason. Because I worked with you guys. You guys are my friends and my family and I want to say thank you guys so much.”
Hype Hair has been around since 1992 with many celebrates gracing the cover. Pretty Vee is now amongst many legends previously featured on the cover.
“This was so unreal for me. Down to the Chaka Chan, Lisa Reyes, Gabriel Union, Janet Jackson, and I’m on it as well. So I just want to say thank you guys so much for all the love and support.”
Pretty Vee is definitely making boss moves, and with the help of her team she is continuing to strive for the top. Congratulations!
