Tia Mowry‘s inspiration for her second cookbook, The Quick Fix Kitchen, was to help busy moms create a balance between motherhood and the kitchen.
“It was so important for me to center my second cookbook around family and making it easier to make healthy, delicious choices for the whole family to enjoy,” Mowry tells PEOPLE.
Inside her new cookbook, the mother of two reveals her “favorite mealtime hacks, tips to bring joy and balance to your kitchen and 65, easy, delicious and healthy recipes the entire family will love.”
The Quick Fix Kitchen title is named after the Family Reunion star’s youtube channel, Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix. Similar to her channel, her cookbook offers simple and easy kid-friendly meals for busy parents.
Mowry’s The Quick Fix Kitchen hits shelves on Sept. 28th but is available now for preorder.
