Humans survive off of leaning on one another for support. Finding a community that understands what you are going through creates a space for you to get advice, seek help, and be yourself in a safe space.
5. Take A Break
Sometimes the best thing you can do is nothing. Taking a mental break can set you up for success and you take time to clear your thoughts and process your emotions without the opinions of other people.
